There are many different types of networking and on every level, the Long Island Networking world has been spectacular. We're not trying to kiss butt, we're just telling it like it is. The North Shore, South Shore, BNI, LeTip, Fastrak & many more weekly breakfast groups ... the bi weekly LIConnects lunch ... The Long Island Way, The Long Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce ... events galore: SideKicks, Boulder Creek, Ray Thomas, Yvonne Bisk, Long Island Women in Power, Fortune 52, IBN, Monday Night Networking, Westbury Manor ... times are tough no doubt, but it wouldn't surprise us in the least if the region of the country (Long Island, NY)that produced nearly 20% of the nations Intel Science Award Winners is the same region of the country that can ignite our economy. The Westbury Wedding ...
Usually we feel that events of 50-75 networkers are best for networking. The larger events have more networkers, but less networking. That was not the case at the 1/28 FREE Networking Night @ The Westbury Manor.It's like a wedding and though they cut back on the chocolate fondue and terra-masu ice cream, it is by far Long Island's best catered event. Despite torrential freezing rain, 250 + networkers came out for a excellent night of networking.
