Hello Long Island. It's the end of summer, big vacation weeks for many, but lots of activity still going on. We'd like to thank Bruce Chamoff, Eileen Lichtenstein, Dean Graber & Evantz Saint Gerard for hosting successful workshops and events this past week.
Here's the recap: Bruce held a web 2.O workshop. For those unaware, web 2.o is simply about making your website interactive. From putting podcasts on your site to making your website better equipped for mobile device users, Bruce is always a step ahead of web trends. A great guy to learn from. A great guy to have on our team. Thanks, Bruce. Eileen's event was a bit different. We walk in and everybody's tapping. They're karate chopping their hands, tapping their face, stretching, rolling, turning ... Despite my black and blues (took me a while to get technique down), I left more relaxed, alleviated some stress and got in quality networking ... and most important the cinnamon buns were delicious. Thanks, Eileen. As always, Dean & Evantz hosted a excellent networking event. Networking is a funny thing, you can go to an event with 200+ people, but not much networking is going on. That's never the case at Dean & Evantz Boulder Creek event.
